Nearing the end of October, business around here always slows down through the week especially.  The fishermen do come on the weekends and sometimes bring their families but most of the time they don’t because all there is to do here now basically is fish.  The kids that are still young like to come and play on the beach or even fish but once they become teenagers, they usually don’t care to come this time of year.

So by now, I close my shop early through the week and am closed on Sundays altogether.  Friday and Saturday are the only two days I get much business so starting next weekend, I’ll be closed through the week and only open Friday and Saturday.  It won’t be long before I’ll close the shop for the winter.  I’ll have to be careful with my savings this winter because I wasn’t able to put back as much as I usually do for the winter.

The economy hasn’t been very good this year, all year.  I’ll just be glad when the presidential voting is over so the country can breathe again.  Please make sure to vote.  It’s so very important this year especially.

It’s not just where you are Felicia. Ocean City Maryland was almost deserted most of the summer too compared to the way it usually is. I love your theme and keep up the great work.
